COMPANY PROFILE
Experience in welding machine manufacturing is not measured by years alone. It is measured by the problems you have solved, the product failures you have eliminated, and the quality systems you have built. In the past decade, we have designed, produced, and exported tens of thousands of welding machines across multiple product families. This volume has given us something that no newcomer can buy: Deep, practical knowledge of what can go wrong inside a welding machine, and how to prevent it.
One of the strongest arguments for choosing our factory is that we manufacture in-house, from the very first component to the final carton. Unlike many trading companies or assembly-only workshops, we operate a complete production chain under our own roof. This gives us full control over quality, cost, lead time, and customization, and it means we can honestly tell our partners exactly how every machine is made.
PCB Design and Manufacturing
Everything starts with the printed circuit board, the brain of every inverter welding machine. Our own R&D team designs the circuit schematics and PCB layouts, optimizing component placement, thermal management, and electromagnetic compatibility from the very beginning. We manufacture and test PCB boards in-house, using automated placement and soldering equipment to ensure consistent solder quality and reliable electrical connections on every board.
By controlling PCB production ourselves, we can quickly adapt circuits for different markets, input voltages, and current ranges. This is a critical capability for OEM and ODM projects, because voltage requirements, power ranges, and safety standards differ from country to country. Our in-house PCB capability means we can respond to those differences quickly, without waiting for outside suppliers.
Inverter Core and Power Section Assembly
The heart of a modern welding machine is its inverter power section. Our production line assembles the IGBT modules, heat sinks, transformers, inductors, and driver circuits with precise, repeatable procedures. Thermal design is one of the most important factors in welding machine reliability, so our assembly process pays special attention to heat sink contact, thermal compound application, and airflow design. A machine that runs cool is a machine that lasts.
Each power section is built to handle the rated current and duty cycle of its model, with protection circuits for over-current, over-voltage, over-heating, and short circuits. These protections are not afterthoughts; They are designed into the circuit and validated during testing.
Final Assembly and Wiring
From the power section, the line moves to final assembly, where the inverter core is mounted into the chassis, the control panel is installed, and all wiring is routed cleanly and safely. Our assembly teams follow standardized work instructions, and every station has checkpoints to catch defects early. We pay attention to the details that matter in daily use: Sturdy cases, comfortable handles, clearly marked controls, secure connections, and cable management that survives rough handling in shipping and on the job site.
Testing and Quality Control
No machine leaves our factory without going through a full testing process. Each welding machine is tested for actual welding performance, output current accuracy, arc stability, and function of every control and protection feature. We verify that the machine welds properly with real electrodes and real wire, not just that it powers on. Test records are kept for traceability, so if an issue ever appears in the field, we can trace it back to its production batch and find the root cause.
Beyond individual machine testing, our quality system covers incoming component inspection, in-process checks at every production stage, and final pre-packaging inspection. This layered approach is the reason our partners can rely on consistent quality from shipment to shipment.
